These Terms of Service govern your use of trykinwell.com (the "Site"), operated by Kinwell ("we," "us"). By accessing the Site, joining our early access list, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Kinwell products are dietary supplements for dogs. The Site may allow you to reserve products, join a waitlist, or place orders ahead of general availability. Reservations and waitlist sign-ups are not charged until products ship, and estimated availability dates are not guaranteed.

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the disclosed cadence and price until paused or cancelled. You may pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal from your account or by contacting us. Multi-jar and promotional discounts apply as displayed at checkout.

Our 30-day happiness guarantee applies to your first order of a product: if your dog won't eat it, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Kinwell supports daily oral care. Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care, brushing recommended by your veterinarian, or professional cleanings. Consult your veterinarian with any questions about your dog's health.

The Site and its content — including the Kinwell name, wordmark, photography, and copy — are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
